Land use change detection and prediction using Markov-CA and publishing on the web with platform map server, Case Study: Qom Metropolis, Iran

چکیده
To achieve sustainable development, detailed planning, control and management of land cover changes that occur naturally or by human caused artificial factors, are essential. Urban managers planners need a tool represents them the information accurate, fast in exact time. In this study, use 3 periods, 1994-2002, 2002-2009, 2009-2015 predictions 2009, 2015 2023 were assessed. paper, Maximum Likelihood method was used to classify images, so after evaluation accuracy, amount overall accuracy for images 2013 85.55% its Kappa coefficient 80.03%. predict changes, Markov-CA model assessing 2009 82.57% 93.865%. Then web GIS application designed via map server evoked shape files through file open layers browser environment design appearance website CSS, HTML JavaScript languages used. is responsible creating foundation structure webpage but beautifying layout on CSS.
